The large-scale office development, a joint venture between two large investment and development companies, involves the conversion of a rarely available 1.8 hectare city-centre site, into 2 office towers with a total area in excess of 200,000m², extensive commercial facilities and a generous landscaped public space.
The office towers (28, and 75 storeys respectively) are sculpted to complement the varied site constraints, maximise solar shading, while facilitating natural daylight for every desk within the generous office floor-plates.
The taller, 2nd phase building, will occupy the north-western part of the site and will connect to the roof terraces of ToHa 1 tower via a slim and dramatic sky-bridge, forming generous shared communal and commercial facilities, some 100m above street level.
The 53,000m² phase 1 building opened in early 2019, was certified LEED Platinum in May 2019 and awarded the 2021 CTBUH Award for Excellence.
Phase 2 tower has received planning approval in February 2021 and is currently being developed.
